Booking & Fees
REMIV charges a non-refundable fee of $50 upon booking, which is credited towards your service cost.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice or "no-shows" will result in a $50 non-refundable fee. Staff will wait for 15 minutes past your appointment time before a client is deemed a "no-show".
Yes. Clients are required to complete all consents and medical history paperwork, and obtain clearance from the provider prior to the initial appointment. Otherwise, the appointment will be rescheduled.
While we love traveling to our clients, sessions located more than 25 minutes from Chicopee, MA, will incur a modest $30 travel fee to cover mobile logistics.
What to Expect
