What to Know Before Booking.
Yes, REMIV charges a non-refundable fee of $50 upon booking. This fee is credited towards the total cost of your service. Please note that appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice or "no-shows" will result in the forfeiture of this fee
For your safety, all clients are required to complete medical history paperwork and consents prior to their initial appointment. You must also receive clearance from our healthcare provider. If these steps are not finished before the scheduled time, the appointment will be rescheduled.
We are proud to support our community by offering a 15% discount to students, first responders, and healthcare workers upon presentation of appropriate proof. Please note that clients are permitted to utilize only one promotion at any given time.
Based in Chicopee, MA, we bring our services directly to you. While we travel to many locations, an additional fee of $30 applies for clients whose locations are more than a 25-minute drive from our base. We will contact you via telephone or SMS one day prior to confirm your location and details.
